What is Automated Giving?
Instead of donating cash or checks in weekly collections, the ParishPay program will collect monthly contributions from your checking, savings, or credit card account. There is no cost to you to participate in the program. You'll no longer need to worry about remembering to write a check or bring cash for the weekly collection!

What are the benefits to me?
  • Allows you to plan your giving in the same way that you budget your other financial commitments.
  • You no longer have to write a check or find cash every week.
  • You no longer have to be concerned about making up missed offertory donations when you are out of town, on vacation, ill, etc.
  • You can easily adjust the amount of your automated contribution (up or down or cancel) through St. Luke's, or a toll-free call to ParishPay, or by yourself via the secure ParishPay website.
You will no longer need to bring a check or cash to church How does it relate to the use of weekly envelopes & the Collection Plate?
It replaces your donations in the weekly collection plate. Special donation slips are available for those that still wish to drop something in the collection plate (a note saying "We lovingly made our gift through ParishPay"), though it is not necessary.

What about Special Collections?
You will be able to specify your giving level for Special Collections, including: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the quarterly Repair Fund. You can specify these amounts when you join the program, or anytime thereafter.
